What it looks like after rollout

New hire’s first day

“Watch these 3 videos before starting.” That’s it. Zero shadowing time.

When the same mistake happens

Instead of a verbal warning, create a video and share it. Everyone gets the same message.

When a foreign staff member joins

Hit translate. They watch in their own language and start working — day one.

Common concerns

What if staff aren’t tech-savvy?

Watching a video means opening the app and pressing play. That’s it.

Do I need to pay for every staff member?

No. Only the video creator needs Pro ($20/mo). Staff who watch are free.

Do we need to stop operations for training?

No. 2 minutes at check-in, watch one video. It fits naturally into the workflow.

You’ve seen the plan. Now create your first video.

Once you create it, training starts running on its own.

Free for up to 3 videos. No credit card needed.
