2. Purpose of Use

- Providing viewing tracking features (displaying viewing status to video administrators)
- Customer support
- Sending Service-related notifications
- Preventing unauthorized use
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not share personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- With the User's consent
- As required by law
- Viewing tracking: We provide viewing status (name, view count, completion rate) of shared Users to the video administrator (creator)
4. Special Provisions Regarding Viewing Tracking
- Pro Plan administrators can view the viewing status of staff for shared videos
- Information collected: viewer name, viewing date/time, completion rate, language used
- This information is accessible only to the video administrator
- If a staff member leaves a Team, their past viewing logs are retained
5. Data Retention
- Content: Deleted 30 days after account deletion
- Viewing logs: Deleted 30 days after account deletion
- Account information: Completely deleted within 30 days of a deletion request
6. Security
- Encryption of communications (TLS)
- Database encryption
- Access restrictions on video files (signed URLs)
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of any changes via the app or email.
