Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set forth the conditions for the use of SakuSaku (hereinafter "the Service") provided by B-track Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"). By using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "User": An individual or entity that has created an account for the Service
2. "Content": Videos, subtitles, annotations, and other materials created or uploaded by the User through the Service
3. "Team": A sharing group created by a User
4. "Pro Plan": A paid subscription service billed on a monthly basis

Article 3 (Accounts)

1. A User may create one account using an email address
2. The User is responsible for managing their account information
3. Transfer or lending of accounts is prohibited

Article 4 (Service Description)

1. Creation and editing of video manuals
2. AI-powered multilingual translation
3. Video sharing within Teams
4. Viewing tracking (Pro Plan only)
5. The Company may modify the Service without prior notice

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

1. The Free plan is available at no charge
2. The Pro Plan is an auto-renewing monthly subscription at JPY 3,000 (tax included)
3. Payment is processed through in-app purchases via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google)
4. Changes to fees will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the app or email

Article 6 (Content Rights)

1. Copyright of Content created by the User belongs to the User
2. The Company may use Content (storage, distribution, conversion) to the extent necessary to provide the Service
3. The User shall not upload Content that infringes upon the rights of third parties

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

1. Violations of laws and regulations
2. Infringement of third-party rights
3. Interference with the Service
4. Unauthorized access
5. Commercial redistribution without written permission from the Company

Article 8 (Service Suspension and Termination)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or other purposes
2. The Company will provide at least 30 days' notice before terminating the Service
3. Upon termination of the Service, Users will be given an export period of 30 days to retrieve their Content

Article 9 (Disclaimers)

1. The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the Service
2. The Company is not liable for the accuracy of AI translations
3. The Company is not liable for disputes between Users

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company's liability shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the User during the preceding 12 months.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
